Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated July 25, 2002, was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area <br /> is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map <br /> and/or Certificate of Compliance approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance <br /> approval. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Prior to recordation of the Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance approval, open, <br /> pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: A burned out mobile home on the proposed Parcel #2 now has an abandoned septic <br /> system. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
