Petition: To San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> We property owners petition the San Joaquin County Planning Commission to <br /> DENY site approval for VFW Post 1051 to occupy The German Baptist Church, <br /> 12055 West Ripon Road,Ripon, CA 95366. <br /> We object to this property being occupied by the VFW Post 1051 due to the fact that <br /> this organization has,applied for a liquor'license and plans to operate an open bar. <br /> We believe that the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors.wrongfully approved <br /> a change in the land-use ordinance to allow this organization to occupy the church <br /> property. This change in the ordinance was also opposed by the San Joaquin <br /> County Farm Bureau..We are not against veterans in any way.
