NO RESTROOM, NO SINK, NO HEALTH PERMIT. BAKED COOKIES AT HOME, THEN SOLD THE COOKIES <br /> AT THE STORE. " <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTE <br /> Facility does sell pre-packaged food (tea, cocoa,jam, honey, candy, bread mixes, spice mixes, etc.)This date: the amount of <br /> pre-packaged food is 25 sq feet or less -no permit needed. <br /> Loose leaf tea is being sold. Discontinue the sale of loose leaf tea as a 3-comp sink is needed to wash the scoops <br /> Per owner, she is not serving tea. Signage is posted - remove signage advertising hot tea sales. <br /> Two permitted Cottage Food Operators have their items for sale in the facility. Both CFO operator's products lack proper <br /> labeling. Inspector will follow-up with the CFO operators. <br /> Facility does have a restroom. <br /> Per operator, she has never sold cookies (home made or otherwise). <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
