Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the coordinator of the lunch program,and she stated that she has no knowledge of any student <br /> making a complaint in regards to spoiled milk.She then began to describe the checking process they do for their milk.The <br /> randomly check the milk by opening it and doing a taste test, place a thermometer inside to ensure the milk is in the proper <br /> cooling temperature range or check the expiration date as well.
