COMPLAINANT HEATED PRODUCT AT HOME AND FOUND SOMETHING SHE <br /> BELIEVES TO BE WORMS IN THE PRODUCT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTE <br /> Spoke with the manager on site and informed him of the complaint this department received . The complainant alleges that <br /> ginger chicken, a frozen product, purchased at this store has worms in. The manager stated there had not been complaints <br /> received at the facility regarding this matter. I inspected the walk in freezer in the store. There is no more ginger chicken, all <br /> has been sold. The manger does not know how many boxes were sold. The manager stated that there will not be anymore of <br /> the product for now. I asked the manager about handling frozen food. He stated that it is received frozen and stored inside the <br /> walk in cooler when received. The current temperature of the walk in freezer is under 0 F. All product stored in the walk in <br /> freezer is frozen. All appear normal. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
