Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Employees on site this date are not aware of the complaint. Employees state that they have not seen any cockroaches inside <br /> or outside the facility. <br /> Employees are unsure if the owner utilizes a pest control company. <br /> Upon inspection this date, no cockroaches were observed. Observed two flies and some spiders. <br /> Ensure that the service windows are being closed in between taking the customer's order, taking the customer's payment and <br /> handing the customer their order. <br /> Unable to verify complaint this date. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
