This plan has <br /> been prepared in accordance with San Joaquin County tank removal <br /> guidelines. <br /> We understand that you need some time to review this document prior to <br /> approval and implementation. However, in order to maintain our current <br />' schedule for submission of a Problem Assessment Report (PAR) by <br /> September 15, 1991, we need to begin our tank removal activities during the <br /> first week in August.
