SECTION 3 <br /> REPORTING OF FINDINGS <br /> 1 <br /> A Problem Assessment Report (PAR) will be prepared that will include <br />' findings from field work, laboratory analyses, and an evaluation of the <br /> data collected Both the investigation and report will be prepared in <br /> accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Trz-Regional Board Staff <br />' Recommendations for Preliminary Evaluation and Investigation of <br /> Underground Tank Sites (10 August 1990) As specified in the <br /> reporting requirements, the data evaluation will include the following <br /> components. <br /> • Tables summarizing the analytical data, <br /> • Figures delineating the extent of chemical(s) detected, if any, <br /> 0 Ground water gradient and depth to ground water data, and <br /> • A description of the soil stratigraphy as identified from the soil <br /> borings <br /> The report will also contain original laboratory results and chain-of- <br /> custody forms, soil boring logs, well development records and survey <br /> records Finally, evaluations of final remedial measures will be <br /> provided <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 3-1 <br />
