GROUND WATER <br /> The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District ground-water <br /> depth and elevation maps indicate the ground-water levels of most parts of the San Joaquin <br /> County.' The Fall 1998 and Spring 1999 ground water maps are the most recent maps depicting <br /> the ground-water depth and elevation for San Joaquin County. The ground-water gradient and <br /> ground-water flow direction near the site is between 2.9 and 3.5 feet/mile flowing westward for <br /> the period of Fall 1998 to Spring 1999.
