Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. — <br /> A. A soil suitability study,as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d)of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. indicating that the arca is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on Site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Mauaual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Uibromlx:hloropropane <br /> (DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development"title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Lnvironmental Health <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1115.4(e))as follows: <br /> 1. Install sanitary seal. <br /> 2. Install cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently <br /> and the integrity of well grout. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
