The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements to provide for the <br /> abandonment of service and the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels which will <br /> not continue to receive irrigation water.All private irrigation facility supply lines which may <br /> exist will need to be properly plugged to assure that there will be no potential for flooding. <br /> With regards to the "re-parceling", it should be noted that it is the responsibility of the <br /> individuals involved and not the District to provide for private irrigation facilities and <br /> easements,should it be determined that a need exists for irrigation service to the new parcels. <br /> 2. If irrigation service is to continue to the newly created parcel,the owner shall conform to the <br /> following requirements: <br /> a. Dedicate a private irrigation easement to the benefit of the parcel which does not have an <br /> easement for access to water and show said easement on map. If the easement cannot.be <br /> dedicated with the map,a note may be placed on the map adjacent to the proposed easement <br /> stating that"a minimum 20 ft.wide private irrigation easement shall be conveyed across the <br /> "Designated Remainder" at the time of conveyance or transfer to new owners. Pipeline is <br /> -to be installed at the expense of the recipient of water." <br /> b.
