Annual operating permit is required. Fee for Annual Operating Permit is due at time of OWTS
installation permit application.
2. The wastewater flow shall be monitored monthly. The result shall be submitted to EHD
quarterly.
3. When an average daily flow exceeds the designed daily flow of 960 gallons per day, the
OWTS shall be evaluated and modified to accommodate the increase in wastewater flow.
Any modification to the OWTS shall be done under EHD permit and inspection. New SSNL
Study is required pursuant to OWTS Standards.
4. When an average daily flow is 10,000 gallons or greater, waste discharge requirement from
the California Regional Water Quality Control Board is required.
5. The comments and recommendations resulting from the review are attached for your
consideration.
1868 E.
