Highway 59 <br /> Watsonville, CA 95077-5085 Merced, CA 95348 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A 1-year Time Extension for previously approved Improvement Plan application for the <br /> installation of a concrete batch plant for a ready-mix concrete contractor on a portion of an existing mine aggregate site. <br /> The project site area to be used is 2.41 acres and includes the construction of the following: a 320-square-foot commercial <br /> coach to be utilized as an office, a 4,000-gallon above-ground diesel storage tank,two 320-square-foot storage containers, <br /> and two porta-potties to be used as restrooms for the operation. Operations will take place 7 days a week 8 hours per day, <br /> with a maximum of 11 employees per shift, and a maximum of 22 vehicle trips per shift.
