Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> (209) 468-3420 <br /> January 26, 1995 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 5491 "F" Street, Banta, in the County of San Joaquin (APN 250-080- <br /> 21) on the northwest corner of "F" Street and Sixth Street, has <br /> been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal <br /> for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site <br /> due to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage <br /> tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> City of Tracy Public Library, 20 E. Eaton Avenue, Tracy, during <br /> their hours of operation and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, <br /> Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 <br /> p.m. If a written request by any member of the public for a public <br /> hearing is not received by PHS/EHD by February 26, 1995, the <br /> tentative decision shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 388 , Stockton, 95201-0388 .
