Therefore, alternative remedial actions are being explored and a <br /> Remedial Action Plan for this site will by submitted by June 1, 1994. <br /> Groundwater levels decreased slightly in January and April 1994. Floating liquid <br /> hydrocarbons were not evidenced in Monitoring well #1 so the well was sampled and <br /> hydr g <br /> contaminants were detected in the water collected from this well. Historically, <br /> water levels rise in this area of San!Joaquin County during the summer months. <br /> Contaminants in the soil above current water levels may be released into the <br /> groundwater if water levels rise this summer. <br /> Please notify PHS/EHD staff prior to any site activities so they may witness <br /> them.
