Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, California 95201 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> Subject: Installation of Ground-Water PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Monitoring Wells <br /> Moore Petroleum Inc. <br /> 5491 F Street <br /> � CA <br /> , <br /> Triad Project No. 10-90-481 <br /> Dear Mr. Lyon: <br /> As we discussed in our phone conversation of May 22 , 1990 this <br /> letter is to inform you of Triad Groundwater Associates' (Triad) <br /> intention to install three additional ground-water monitoring wells <br /> at the subject site. The installation of these wells was proposed <br /> in the Preliminary Hydrogeologic Assessment Report submitted by <br /> Delta Environmental Consultants in September 1989. <br /> Following installation and development of these additional <br /> monitoring wells, all monitoring wells at the site will be sampled. <br /> Ground water samples will be submitted to a California-certified <br /> laboratory to be analyzed for ethylene dibromide (EDB) , 1,2- <br /> dichloroethane (EDC) , benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylem <br /> (BTEX) , and total purgeable hydrocarbons (TPH) by EPA metho 60.�) <br /> Monitoring well installation, development, and sampling will follow <br /> those procedures and guidelines submitted previously in the <br /> Hydrogeologic Assessment Work Plan for this site. <br /> Laboratory turn-around time is typically 12 working days.
