Alice Ave, Thornton, CA <br /> APN 001-190-43, SR0081282 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability <br /> Study, dated May 30, 2019 and submitted on October 17, 2019 for the above noted location and has <br /> the following comments for your consideration. <br /> The Soil Suitability was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment system (OWTS) for the proposed minor subdivision of 0.64 acre parcel lot into <br /> two parcels. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the Soil Suitability Study supports the <br /> suitability for OWTS usage, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d), provided the OWTS and 100% replacement area for all homes can meet all required <br /> minimum OWTS setbacks. <br /> If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, REHS, nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 468- <br /> 3436. <br /> Michael Kith, REHS <br /> Program Coordinator <br /> c: Faramarz "Fred" Foroutan- 6530 Oscar Circle- Elk Grove, CA 95757 <br /> 1868 E.
