(Apex), is pleased to provide you with the following summary of analytical <br /> results and Figures for the Moore Petroleum Bulk Plant. The purpose of this summary is in <br /> response to your letters dated October 22 and November 4, 1998 (attached in County's Letters). <br /> Apex is in the process of preparing a final Tank Closure Report for this site. The soil analytical <br /> results are summarized on Table 1 and the groundwater analytical results are summarized on <br /> Table 2. <br /> Figure 1 shows the locations of soil sampling and excavations associated with T-8 and T-9 (350- <br /> gallon kerosene and 350 gallon cleaning solvent USTs respectively). Figure 2 shows the locations <br /> of soil and groundwater sampling beneath the four gasoline and three diesel tanks and the location <br /> of former groundwater monitoring well MW-4. Figure 3 shows the location of the excavation <br /> and soil sampling conducted beneath the former loading rack. Figure 4 shows the location of <br /> remediation piping that was placed in the excavations'prior to backfilling. <br /> Once Apex finalizes our Tank Closure Report, we will submit a copy to you.
