You were also notified <br /> that a work plan to investigate the lateral and vertical extent of the contamination <br /> was to be submitted to PHSIEHD by February 1, 2001. <br /> On January 25, 2001, Mr. Bywater requested an extension for submission of the <br /> work plan. The date for submission of the work plan was extended to March 1, <br /> 2001.
