Investigations currently underway across Byron Road to the north, <br /> under CVRWQCB oversight, are analyzing soil and groundwater <br /> samples for Chlorinated Hydrocarbons and Polychlorinated <br /> Biphenyls . Total Recoverable Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Oil and <br /> Grease by EPA 418 . 1 are also being investigated. PHS-EHD <br /> recommends that you also test for these constituents on samples <br /> obtained from your proposed investigation. <br /> On November 15, 1994 , a representative of V&W Drilling submitted <br /> a boring permit application and a $89 . 00 fee for each site .
