"MW1-1" and "MW3-1" could not be located at the above <br /> referenced site and extensive grading and ground altering has occurred in the areas where these wells <br /> were installed. <br /> t <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Sections 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6 (copy enclosed) require obtaining <br /> a well permit from PHS-EHD prior to destroying any well and authorize the adoption of well standards. <br /> The well standards require that monitoring wells be destroyed by a C-57 licensed contractor. <br /> It appears that the monitoring wells at the above referenced site were improperly destroyed and that there <br /> has been a violation of the San Joaquin County Code sections noted above. <br /> R A meeting has been scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on November 10, 1998, in room 307 at 304 E.
