You indicated that by doing so, we <br /> have entered into a "voluntary program" of oversight . <br /> It is not possible to construe any voluntary actions on our <br /> part . We are not volunteering for anything. We do not want any <br /> written comment from your offices with respect to this data . We <br /> have requested that you hold your written comments until we have <br /> had a chance to meet with you and your supervisors on this issue, <br /> as those written comments will affect the value and sale of this <br /> real estate especially if those comments are forwarded to the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br />
