File No. 20-2768-65
March 14, 1990
Arambel & Rose Development, Inc.
460 N. Yosemite Ave. , Suite 10
Oakdale, CA 95361
Attention: George Rose
Subject: PERCOLATION TESTS
PROPOSED CARTER ROAD SUBDIVISION
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Gentlemen:
Presented in this report are the results of percolation tests
performed for the proposed Carter Road subdivision to be located
north and south of Carter Road and east of Escalon-Bellota Road in
San Joaquin County, California. Reference is made to our
geotechnical investigation report dated February 28, 1990 which was
prepared for the proposed subdivision.
Eight percolation tests were drilled and set up on February 26,
1990 by representatives of our firm. The approximate 6-inch
diameter test holes were drilled to depths of approximately 3 feet
and were cased with slotted PVC pipe. The test holes were filled
to the surface with relatively clean water the day before testing
and were left to soak overnight.
On February 28 and March 1, 1990 our representative returned to the
site and performed the percolation tests for periods varying from
30 minutes to 4 hours, according to San Joaquin County guidelines .
Table I of this report presents the results of the percolation
tests . Copies of the County approved field test sheets are
attached to this report.
