The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this .subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee is <br /> 2, 018. 00 for each single family dwelling unit in the <br /> Escalon area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> C. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to <br /> Dedicate a twenty-five foot (251 ) wide strip along the <br /> easterly side of Parcel 2 and northerly sides of Parcel <br /> 1 and 2 . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH: <br /> a. The wells must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division as follows: <br /> 1. Parcel 1: Well casing must be raised -not less <br /> than one foot above concrete pedestal. All <br /> electrical wiring must be installed in approved <br /> conduit. <br /> 2 . Parcel 2 : Install check valve on well discharge <br /> pipeline to prevent back siphoning. All <br /> electrical wiring must be installed in approved <br /> conduit. <br /> 3 . PACIFIC BELL• <br /> a. The developer will be responsible for the cost of the <br /> relocation of existing telephone facilities. <br />
