Tosch <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> CE #14644 <br /> 1229 Goldenoak Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95209 <br /> Phone : ( 209) 478-4606 <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> Enviromental Health Division <br /> Subject : Soil Suitability Study (Parcel Map No. MS-90-83 ) <br /> Submitted for your review are the results of a Soil <br /> Suitability Study on the Stan Petz property located <br /> at 3665 Linnie Road, Tracy, Ca . <br /> Existing Septic Systems <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the <br /> area in the immediate vicinity of the subject property. <br /> Permits were found for six properties . The septic <br /> systems were installed between January 11 , 1977, <br /> and October 23 , 1987 . No problems were recorded for <br /> any of the existing six septic systems . <br /> Existing Use <br /> Approximately 31 . 6 acres of the existing 33 . 6 acres is <br /> in row crops . A shop has been constructed on Parcel 1 <br /> and a house is currently being constructed on Parcel 1 . <br /> Percolation Tests <br /> Two percolation tests were performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the <br /> "Manual Septic Tank Practice" , published by the <br /> U. S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare and per <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health <br /> District. <br /> On July 31 , and August 1 , 23 and 24, 1990, two <br /> percolation tests were performed by me on the above <br /> referenced property in conformance with the San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance 549 . The approximate <br /> location of the test holes are shown on the accomanying <br /> Detail Map. <br />
