DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The frontage improvements for Milton Road across the <br /> frontage of Parcel 1 shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60- <br /> foot right-of-way Farm or Estate Subdivision <br /> streets. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement, <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $250. 00 fee <br /> is required for processing per Ord. 3337 in addition <br /> to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate. The <br /> estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form <br /> to be supplied by the Public Works Department for <br /> approval. As an option the Department of Public <br /> Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $100. 00. <br /> b. Requirements for construction of improvements shall <br /> be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. "Joiner" Marks shall be required to indicate only <br /> one remainder parcel. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> d. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> e. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated <br /> Remainder" on Parcel Map. <br /> f. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for this subdivision.
