The frontage improvements for Holden Road and Milton Road <br /> across the frontage of Parcel 1 shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of 50-foot <br /> (for Holden Road) and 60-foot (for Milton Road) right- <br /> of-way Farm or Estate Subdivision streets. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage Improvement Agreement, prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. (A $250. 00 fee is required for processing <br /> per Ord. 3337 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and <br /> an estimate. The estimate shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing <br /> on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department <br /> for approval. As an option the Department of Public <br /> Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $100. 00. <br /> ge Dedication to result in a 20 ' by 20 ' corner cut-off <br /> (snipe) at the intersection of Holden Road and Milton <br /> Road shall be required. <br /> Condition lg has been deleted, condition la is revised as follows: <br /> a. The frontage improvements for Milton Road across the <br /> frontage of Parcel 1 shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the standards for one-half of 60-foot right-of-way <br /> Farm or Estate Subdivision streets.
