A soil suitability study as required by section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed prior to application approval to determine <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage . Other <br /> information required by San Joaquin Public Health <br /> Services : <br /> a . A study to determine the quality and quantity <br /> of water specifically studying general <br /> mineral , nitrates , flouride and arsenic in <br /> the water aquifers in this area. <br /> 2 . Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development . <br /> 3 . Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 4 .
