No problems were
recorded for any of the existing septic systems .
Existing Use
The existing 4. 8 acre parcel is used as a homesite.
Percolation Tests
Two deep percolation tests were performed in accordance
with the percolation test procedures outlined in the
"Manual Septic Tank Practice" , published by the
U. S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare and per
requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health
District .
On August 6 and August 7 , 1990 two percolation tests were
performed by me on the above referenced property in con-
formance with the San Joaquin Ordinance No. 549 . The
approximate location of the test holes are shown on the
accompanying Detail Map.
Both Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 Percolation Test Holes had a
percolation rate of 30 minutes per inch. A combination
of leach lines and pits is recommended.
Shallow percolation tests were not run because in May,
1990, I did two shallow percolation tests on the Walter
Coleman property (MS-90-60) located on Forest Lake Road.
Both failed drastically. Coleman ' s property is just
north and west of the subjects property.
