DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Distance from the property line to the irrigation well shall <br /> be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> b. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> C. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on <br /> the Parcel Map. Field survey will be required if the <br /> remainder designated as "Parcel Map" . <br /> d. The Traffic Impact MItigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee is $2 , 627 . 00 for each <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> e. Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Patrick Road to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of Parcel #1. <br /> f. The frontage improvements for Patrick Road across Parcel #1 <br /> shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way farm or estate subdivision <br /> street. <br />
