Sanford property <br /> located at 404 North Bern, Stockton, CA 95205 . <br /> Existing Septic Systems <br /> Existing San Joaquin records were reviewed for the <br /> area surrounding the subject property. <br /> Only five permits were found for the thirty properties <br /> surrounding the subject property. The existing septic <br /> systems were installed between July 17, 1974, and <br /> July 17 , 1985 . No problems were recorded for any of <br /> the existing septic systems . <br /> Existing Use <br /> The existing 58 . 5 acre parcel is used for row crops . <br /> There is an existing home plus other improvements <br /> on the property. <br /> Percolation Test <br /> The percolation test was performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation test procedures outlined in <br /> the "Manual Septic Tank Practice" , published by the <br /> U. S . Department of Health, Education and Welfare, <br /> and per requirements of the San Joaquin County Local <br /> Health District . <br /> On July 15 and July 16, 1990, a percolation test was <br /> performed by me on the above referenced property <br /> in conformance with the San Joaquin Ordinance No. 549 . <br /> The approximate location of the test hole is shown <br /> on the accompanying Detail Map. <br /> A percolation rate of 9 minutes per inch is the <br /> result of the test , and a 6 , 000 Sq. Ft . minimum <br /> disposal area is recommended . <br />
