CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LATHROP PROPERTIES <br /> MS-90-93 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> b. The Lathrop Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this subdivision. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of Parcel Map approval. (The fee <br /> is $1. 54 per square foot of building or $16,736. 00 per <br /> acre whichever yields the larger fee. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record. ) <br /> C. A "Will Serve" letter from the Lathrop County Water <br /> District for sewer and water shall be required prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> d. All water, sewer services and driveway improvements <br /> shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards <br /> and specifications of the County of San Joaquin and <br /> Lathrop County Water District when the parcels are <br /> developed. <br /> e. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> road right-of-way. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and hat the system meets state <br /> standards prior to recording the final map. <br />
