L <br /> L <br /> L <br /> L <br /> REPORT <br /> PRELIMINARY ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> 1810 FIELD AVENUE <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> LApril 30, 1990 <br /> L <br /> LINTRODUCTION <br /> L This report presents the results of Groundwater Technology,Inc.'s subsurface investigation at the <br /> 1810 Field Avenue site in Stockton,California Groundwater Technology was retained by Blatt Commercial <br /> Brokerage on April 3, 1990 to perform this investigation in accordance with Groundwater Technology's <br /> Lproposal dated March 30, 1990. <br /> LSITE LOCATION/DESCRIPTION <br /> L The site is located on the southwest comer of Buena Vista Avenue and Field Avenue, in a <br /> combined industrial/commercial and residential area, in Stockton, California, approximately one-tenth of <br /> a mile north of the Port of Stockton Deep Water Channel. Figure 1, a site location map, and all other <br /> Lfigures referred to in this report are contained in Appendix I. Site elevation is approximately 10 feet above <br /> mean sea level. <br /> L <br /> The subject property is presently occupied by one tilt-up style warehouse building occupied by <br /> LSwanson Pools, Graphics West Printing, and West Marine Products. The investigation conducted on site <br /> was performed in conjunction with the sale of the property. The investigation, which included analyses <br /> of soil and groundwater samples for copper and lead, was requested by the Bank of Stockton, through <br /> Blatt Commercial Brokerage, as a result of copper and lead contamination detected in the soil and <br /> L <br /> CJ��GROUNDWATER <br /> TECHNOLOGY,INC. <br /> L <br />
