There were numerous permits for <br /> the San Joaquin River Club area . These systems requirdd <br /> many repairs; however, they are on 50 ' X 100 ' lots . <br /> The subjects septic systems were installed in 1965 and have <br /> had no problems . <br /> Existing Use <br /> Approximately 187 acres of the existing 1921 acres <br /> is used for row crops . The other 5 .0 acres has a <br /> house and other improvements on it. <br /> Percolation Tests <br /> Two percolation tests were performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in the <br /> "Manual Septic Tank Practice" , published by the <br /> U. S .Department of Health, Education and Welfare and <br /> per requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health <br /> District . <br /> On September 18 , 19 and 20, 1990, two percolation tests <br /> were performed by me on the above referenced property <br /> in conformance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 549 . The approximate location of the test holes <br /> are shown on the accompanying Detail Map. <br /> The shallow Percolation Test Hole failed. The deep <br /> Percolation Test Hole had a percolation rate of 15 <br /> minutes per inch. Leach lines and pits are recommended. <br />
