The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). The business plan has not been submitted to CERS since Aug 24, 2017. As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Class II violation. 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. The Business Owner/Operator Identification form has not been submitted to CERS since August 24, 2017 . This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and sub7mit to the EHD for approval. This is a minor violation. 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. Observed 9 Lead-Acid Batteries with Unknown Amount of Sulfuric Acid at the west and east side of the facility and this chemical has not been reported to CERS chemical inventory. Observed 55 gallon of Domolish RT-8K at the packing line that have not been reported. The locations of storing the chemicals(Oil, Waste Oil, Methyl Bromide, and Paracetic Acid)has changed and the locations have not updated on the chemicals forms since the last submittal Aug,24, 2017.The Federal Hazard Categories have not been updated to the new 24 hazard categories for all the chemicals reported in CERS. The Hazardous Materials inventory has not been updated and submitted to CERS since Aug 24, 2017. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. The hazardous materials inventory shall be be submitted annually to CERS. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not completed and submitted to CERS since Aug 24, 2017.The site map is incomplete. The site map did not address the locations of the storm drains/sewer drains at the site. The site map did not contain all the required elements . A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
