w 0971c*-6
5.0 TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
Sampling will commence approximately three weeks after State and Local
agency approval of the sampling plan. We estimate the time schedule as
follows:
Phase I Sampling 8 work days
Phase I Analysis 15 work days
Phase II Sampling 9 work days
Phase II Analysis 15 work days
Draft Report 30 work days
Final Report 15 work days
A more definitive schedule will be provided to State and Local regulatory
agencies once the Sampling Plan has received DOHS approval. Without DOHS
approval we have no estimated start date. We will require this date in
order to engage a driller. We propose to start as soon as State approval
is acquired as is practical.
6.0 STATE AND LOCAL AGENCY COORDINATION
The California State Department of Health Services (DOHS) will be given
seven working days advance notice of the commencement of Phase I and II
sampling. The DOHS will be advised of the work schedule at this time.
Duplicate samples will be collected for DOHS. DOHS will be expected to
provide its own personnel to receive the samples as well as all sample
containers and appropriate preservatives and shipping containers.
