A soil suitability study as required by section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed prior to application approval to determine <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage . <br /> If the soil suitability study is favorable : <br /> 2 . This proposed subdivision shall meet the Rule-; and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determine by the percolation test is required for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval . A permit. for <br /> the percolation tests from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required . <br /> 3 . Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development . <br /> 4 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development . <br /> 5 . Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division showing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement plan. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
