A soil suitability study as required by section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed prior to application approval to determine <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> 2 . This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test is required for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval .
