f It <br /> SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> 11011 East Highway 120 • Manteca, CA 95336 <br /> (209) 823-3101 • FAX (209) 823-8406 <br /> RECEIVED <br /> May 16, 1990 <br /> MAY 17 199;1 <br /> San Joaquin County Planning Division SAN JOAQU{N COUNTYPLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1810 East Hazelton <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> APPLICATION NUMBER: MS-90-96 (Phillips) <br /> The South San Joaquin Irrigation District has reviewed the above <br /> application and requests that the following conditions of <br /> approval be adopted for this development: <br /> 1) The developer shall execute the necessary documents and <br /> agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and the <br /> removal of irrigation structures for those parcels not wishing <br /> to continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> 2) The developer shall grant an easement for the existing <br /> pipeline along Lovelace Road. <br /> 3) Construct a berm or ditch around Parcel #1 to prevent flooding <br /> resulting from the irrigation of the surrounding properties. <br /> 4) If irrigation service is to continue, the appropriate private <br /> irrigation easements shall be provided and provisions be made to <br /> extend an irrigation line to the parcels who will continue to <br /> irrigate.
