A soil suitability study as required by section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed prior to application approval to determine <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage . <br /> 2 . Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development . <br /> 3 . Destroy the abandoned well under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division . <br /> 4 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development . <br /> 5 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 <br /> and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14, CCR. <br /> 6 . Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal <br /> of all demolition material from premises to an <br /> approved landfill site . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
