Respondent admit the violations described above. <br />5 � � SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE <br />6 9. The CUPA admits the violations have been corrected. <br />7 PAYMENTS <br />8 10. Respondent shall pay the CUPA a total of $6,915.20 of which $5,000.00 is a <br />9 penalty and $1,915.20 is reimbursement of the CUPA's costs, through the <br />10 effective date. Respondent may pay in full within 30 days of the effective <br />11 date of this consent order or, alternatively may make an initial payment of <br />12 $1,915.20 within 30 days of the effective date of this consent order with <br />13 subsequent payments of $1,250.00 due March 27, 2020, April 27, 2020, <br />14 May 273 2020 and June 29, 2020 for a total of $6,915.20. All additional <br />15 CUPA costs will be billed at the current hourly rate.
