SECTION 5 <br /> Reporting and Schedule <br /> 5.1 Reporting <br /> t! The results of the additional sampling and analysesperformed for the Disco site will be <br /> presented in a report. The report will include cross section(s) and discussion of the nature and <br /> extent of petroleum hydrocarbon plume in groundwater, CPT logs, summary of results, <br /> laboratory analytical data sheets, and conclusions and recommendations. Any significant field <br /> decisions and modifications to this work plan will be documented in the report. j <br /> 5.2 Scheduling <br /> The work plan will be submitted to the PHS/EHD by August 30, 1999. Thirty days after non- <br /> conditional approval of the work plan,field work will begin. The final report will be <br /> submitted to the PHS/EHD,45 days after completion of the field work.
