As per our conversation on October 31,2001,we are <br /> requesting that an additional monitoring well be added to the CalTrans Encroachment <br /> Permit Number 1001-6SV-0493.This additional well will be located on the CalTrans right-of- <br /> way on Market Street at Filbert Street. A check for$80 is attached for processing. <br /> We are also requesting that the well originally proposed to be installed on the Filbert Street <br /> westbound offramp of Highway 4 be moved to the same location as the additional well(on <br /> the CalTrans right-of-way on Market Street at Filbert Street).
