They are planning on installing the"shallow" monitoring wells <br /> on October 29 and then the deeper well in November. The deeper well is down to 130 feet and requires a conductor <br /> casing. It's also located on the freeway on-ramp, so that makes it more complicated. I have already issued the well <br /> permits for the shallow wells; I'm not sure about the deeper one. <br /> We also talked about the work just completed. There was one boring on the south side of the street that was not installed <br /> due to a gas main that runs the length of the street. In the narrative I wrote that the boring location was adjusted but in fact <br /> they were unable to do it at all. They are going to wait until the results come back for the three completed CPT borings <br /> and then talk to you to determine if the last one needs to be put in.
