a'q KLEINFELDER <br /> I INTRODUCTION <br /> This workplan was developed after discussion with Ms. Kelly Lynch of Del Monte Foods, and is <br /> a preliminary understanding of Del Monte Food's desires. This workplan was based on <br /> information usually requested in a workplan by the San Joaquin County Envizonmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) and the Central Valley Office of the State of California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (RWQCB). The scope of work' was also outlined in our approved <br /> proposal dated August 19, 2002. <br /> Kleinfelder is committed to providing quality service to its clients, commensurate with their <br /> wants, needs and desired level of risk.
