File No. 20-3374-01 .
:, ltftii = 11)i- tt
July 26, 1990
ITEM C-1 AND C-4:
"The intensity and extent of the existing and proposed development
on septic tanks within and around the area(C-1) . " "The history
and past uses in the project area to assess potential problems (C-
4) : 11
Reference is made to Plate I of this report which shows
the locations of the proposed parcel split sites.
Currently, the majority of the sites and surrounding area
is planted in grapes with some apples and pasture. The
proposed building pads had been cleared of vegetation.
Several residences are located north and south of the sites
along Acampo and Woodbridge Roads.
On July 18, 1990, a representative of our firm visited 4
residences located along Woodbridge Road south of the
sites. Two residences off Acampo Road north of the sites
were visited for our January 30, 1990 study. The purpose
of our visits was to obtain information on septic system
use and to inquire about any problems known to exist with
this method of sewage disposal. None of the 4 residences
visited for this study, or the 2 visited for our previous
study, reported having any problems with their septic
systems. No water quality problems were reported from
residences with domestic wells.
2
