Weber Ave., Third Floor
Stockton, CA 95201-0388
Subject: Quarterly Monitoring Report—Del Monte Disco Site
Dear Mr. Rowe:
Enclosed is the Quarterly Monitoring Well results for the sampling that occurred on August 12,
1997. You will note that I have not had the data tabulated with the past data by CH2M Hill as I
do not think there was a reason to do so this quarter. However, I will have this data entered at
the same time as the results of the next sampling event so all the data will be together.
These results differ from previous results in that groundwater has dropped slightly since the last
sampling event and SVE-south shows high concentrations ofBTEX. SVE-south is not a
monitoring well we have sampled regularly in the past but we will include it again in our next
sampling. Lastly, all monitoring wells tested ND for the four ether oxygenates.
If you have any questions, you can reach me at 510-944-7276.
Sincerely,
I
Richard Fish
Environmental Manager, Western Region
cc: Nancy Bice - Geomatrix
Bern Baumgartner - CH2M Hill
Grant Stewart - CH2M Hill
Steve Balling - Del Monte
i
i
I
I (
