DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee is $2 , 018 . 00 for each <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Lockeford area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> C. Lot shall be labeled as "Parcel" on the Parcel Map. <br /> 2. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior <br /> to Parcel Map approval indicating that the area is suitable <br /> for septic tank usage. <br /> b. An Improvement Plan shall be submitted showing the location <br /> of the well and sewage disposal area (including a 100% <br /> expansion) . <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br />
