SUPPLEMENTAL CONDITIONS <br /> FOR ENCROACHMENT PERMIT NO. 66369 <br /> i <br /> The following are included as part of the conditions for approval of Encroachment Permit no. 66369: <br /> 1. All parking lane closures shall conform to the Caltrans Traffic Control Manual. <br /> 2. The boring backfill material shall be six (11) inches of a six (6) sack cement mix, <br /> capped with two (2) inches of hot asphalt. <br /> Failure to comply with the above conditions-shall cause this permit to be immediately <br /> revoked.
