Abandonment and destruction of water well within the State <br /> Highway right of way must be handled with requirements established by statute and by agreement with the Department <br /> of Water Resources. Sections 13700 to 13806 of the California Water Code. Permittee should furnish a copy of collected <br /> survey data to Caltrans without charge(if requested). A copy of this permit shall be placed in all vehicles involved in doing <br /> this work.This permit shall be extended before the expiration date if the permittee needs more time to complete. <br /> In accordance with general Provision No.6,TWO W_OFKING DAYS PRIOR to the start of this work, permittee shall <br /> notify the State representativo4MARC O .P.O.
